Revisions Underway
Renovations are underway, with completion anticipated by the end of the year. Office configurations, leasing details, and availability will be released as they are finalized, with those on the interest list receiving priority access to office selection.

Limited Collection
Availability will be intentionally limited, with two thoughtfully designed office configurations planned:
Private Office — Approx. 180 sq. ft.
Approximately 13′ × 15′, offering a spacious private setting with flexibility for a larger workspace or small team.
Private Office — Approx. 68 sq. ft.
Approximately 8′ × 8′, designed as a refined, efficient workspace for an individual office.
The Facility
A Different Kind of Workspace
Auto Vault Garage was designed and built by car enthusiasts who wanted a facility Nashville did not have yet. That same standard is guiding the office renovation — the finishes, the security, and the day-to-day experience of being in the building.
Photographs of the finished offices will be added as the renovation progresses. In the meantime, the interest list is the fastest way to see the details first.
Conference Room
At approximately 300 sq. ft., a private, and professionally designed conference room is ideal for meetings, presentations, client consultations, and collaborative work. Available for private rental, the space provides a polished and comfortable setting for team meetings, interviews, training sessions, and small group gatherings.
